♥ Chalet L’Arclusaz is one of the few freestanding Mottaret chalets in Mottaret. The chalet has a wonderful location with absolutely fabulous views.

♥ The chalet is made up with the original wood and stone so has a traditional Alpine feel to it.

♥ The spacious accommodation set out over three floors.

♥ The chalet is set into the side of the mountain and accessed by a set of steps which lead to the entrance hall and open-plan living/dining room in which there is a roaring log fire.

♥ The French windows lead out towards a huge terrace that overlooks the whole Meribel valley and slopes.

♥ The ground floor hosts the sauna and hot tub. What better way to finish off your day by relaxing those tired legs over a glass of chilled chalet wine overlooking the dramatic mountain peaks of Saulire and Aguille du Fruit.

♥ You will be warmly welcomed to Chalet l’Arclusaz by two of our specially selected chalets hosts (likely a couple) who live in a separate apartment nearby.

Location

Chalet L’Arclusaz is located just above the Les Chalets lift that connects the lower, middle and top parts of Mottaret.

In the mornings it is just a short downhill walk to where to you can put on your skis to join the blue piste running to main lifts.
At the end of the day it is possible to stop slightly higher by neighbouring buildings (on the same slope) and walk back down to the chalet.

The village centre which is connected by a myriad of metal steps is just a short walk away with its bars, shops and restaurants which have become increasingly popular gathering points over recent years.
