♥ Chalet Phoenix is located slap-bang in middle of Les Allues. Because this is France, you could do a three-bar crawl and dine in four excellent restaurants without venturing further than 50 metres from the front door of the chalet!
♥ As well as the drinking holes and eateries, the village has a supermarket, ski school, ski hire shop, hotel and, naturally, more bars and restaurants. Unlike Méribel itself, Les Allues has many permanent residents and a strong sense of community – it is the type of place where front doors are left ajar at night although please do not regard this is as an official recommendation! Chalet Phoenix is approximately 115m from the bus stop.
