		Restaurants > Dinner > Mottaret Le Tysable Dinner 19.00-21.30. This is a fabulous little bistro style restaurant at the very top of Mottaret in Le Hameau complex. Madame Simon has now retired but the son and daughter continue to serve wonderful food with very warm and friendly service. We had "Faux Filet", always delicious here. (€16) and home made "Tartiflette" (€14), one of the best in the valley. With a bottle of very palatable red house wine our bill was just €37. Excellent value in a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. This restaurant is well worth the trip up the hill. You will absolutely love it. Reservations: 04 79 00 43 32.
