This is a very traditional
and beautiful Savoyard restaurant, warmed by several
wonderful log fires. Our table was in the "Cow
Room". It's special and very popular. Our meal of choice
was a Kouisena speciality, Pepper Raclette, , with
a recommended Mondeuse White wine. |

The wine menu
here is really something else! Usually we don't choose
desserts but decided to try another special, interpreted
as "lost Bread". The whole meal was
really delicious with very friendly service. La Kouisena
is thoroughly recommended for a special night out.
