This is a
great choice for a special occasion. The food is really
fabulous as is the atmosphere and setting. You can hitch
a ride across the piste on the hotel snowmobile (an
experience in itself!). Just call from Le Plateau and
wait for your personal snow taxi. Our evening there was
a big celebration so we had a full 4-course menu. Foie
Gras with toast and a glass of Monbazillac.

Then a
delicious home made vegetable soup. Main course was
breast of duck with wild mushrooms followed by chilled
nougat with raspberry sauce. Now we really went to town
this night but it was a wonderful and memorable
experience. As a rough guide expect about €30-$60 per
head plus wine but it is worth every penny.
