The Meribel lift pass underwent a long overdue transformation in 2005/6 season. Since then the ski pass has been electronic so photos are no longer necessary. Meribel Unplugged offers a new free service and can now purchase your lift pass in advance and will deliver the pass to your accommodation, in either Meribel or Mottaret.
No more queing at Chaudanne for lift passes-great ... Your lift pass will be purchased on the Wednesday before your arrival.

Meribel-Unplugged can offer a wide choice of ski pass
options, including family ticket, children's pass and OAP lift pass with discount. We advise paying a few euros extra and buying the rechargeable lift pass. This means you can update from Meribel valley only to the full ski area pass on a daily basis. Also next time you come to Meribel you can re charge your pass on line.
Please note: Where a discount is available due to age factors then ID/proof is required.
Also remember that with a 6 day pass or more (3 Valley), you may also ski one day in any of the other 1992 French Olympic ski resorts at a special price.
La Plagne and Les Arcs for example are only a short distance away by shared Taxi or just minutes by Helicopter Transfer.

- Early season discounted lift pass:
Before Xmas the ski pass for Meribel is heavily discounted. The resort normally opens in Mottaret, (with links to the 3 Valleys) during the
1 st weekend of December. During this period ski lift operations in the Meribel ski area are limited to the main connections between Mottaret and Courchevel plus a few chairlifts. Because of the lack of tourists at this time skiing can be surprisingly good even with limited piste. In fact some our best ever piste cruising has been during this period.
