	A most wonderful large (160 sqr meter) ancient barn beautifully renovated and awarded 4 stars by the tourist office. Set in the very center of Les Allues village with 5 restaurants and and local pub. This fabulous chalet will appeal to quality groups and families who prefer a peaceful village setting to the bustle of Meribel Town.

The chalet can cater for 11 guests. 2 double bedrooms, I double bedroom with extra single bed. I bedroom with 4 single beds. There are ample bathrooms and toilets and a large lounge with log fire…wifi, dvd,Sat TV,Telephone. There is a large very well equipped kitchen. The owner informs us that there will also be a sauna installed for next season!This chalet is truly exceptional. The owners live in their own self contained apartment below.

This chalet is self catered but a full chalet host service can also be provided to whatever standard you require. Allow approx 15-20 euros per hour for the host and food at cost. This is certainly one of the most beautiful and unique chalets in the whole valley. From the outside it still looks like an old barn! Nobody would ever dream what luxury lies between it’s walls.

Les Allues village has a free shuttlebus service to the town centre plus a Gondola link to the main lifts. In good snow conditions you can ski back to the village which lies at 1100m. .
Winter Prices self catered are from 3000 euros per week low season. 4500 euros per week February high season. Prices include cleaning linen and tazes. The chalet has to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and will be available after cleaning at 5pm on the day of your arrival unless other arrangements are agreed in advance.

Prices are fully inclusive per week in Euros.

A caution (returnable damage deposit) is required of 1000 euros.
